What is OpenForex?

OpenForex Standards are the ratified working standards of the OpenForex Society, the core of the OpenForex Foundation. The Society operates an established standards service for the open standards community. This wiki publishes its literature and reference documentation.

Is this a broker, exchange, or bank?

The software in this package is a documentation portal. It does not accept deposits, execute trades, manage user balances, or operate settlement. The institutional identity of the project should not be confused with authorization to provide a financial service.

Are TVX and QASH the same thing?

TVX identifies the Third Value principle. QASH is the monetary unit described in the source literature as occupying that reference position. Read the QASH overview for the distinction.

Where is the approved formula?

Read the TVX Formula reference alongside the ratified Neutrality Standard. This website publishes the methodology reference; it does not bundle an executable valuation engine. The worked example uses synthetic inputs for teaching.

Can I use a conversion API?

No conversion API is implemented in this package. The API reference explains the optional Wiki.js content-management integration.

Can I buy, hold, or redeem QASH here?

This wiki provides no purchase, wallet, custody, or redemption service. Service-specific access and holder terms belong to the relevant operating documentation.

What does a version number mean?

It identifies the applicable document or specification edition. The Society's ratified Standard supplies the institutional authority; cite the precise version when implementing or reviewing behavior. Implementation certification and release compatibility are recorded separately.

How can I contribute or support the project?

Use the contribution guide to prepare work and the support page to identify support avenues. Official external destinations are shown only when configured or published.

Can I reuse the material?

Check the applicable license and rights for the material you intend to use. The package includes attribution notices but does not establish a blanket reuse license for all content. Preserve attribution and obtain clarification before assuming redistribution rights.

Where should I start reading?

Follow the reading guide, then use the glossary alongside the foundational text.
