This acknowledgment preserves the founder credit in the original source package. It does not assign technical approval, legal ownership, or governance authority beyond what an applicable governing record establishes.

## Publication scope
OpenForex Standards are the ratified working standards of the OpenForex Society, the core of the OpenForex Foundation. The Society maintains an established operational standards service for the open standards community. This publication presents its monetary literature, standards references, and implementation guidance.

## Source and commentary
The TVX Neutrality Standard is published under the authority of the OpenForex Society. Its monetary text is retained, with an institutional provenance statement. Companion articles explain its principles and implementation responsibilities. When quoting the foundational position, cite the source text; when relying on a technical behavior, cite its specification revision and status.

## Licensing and attribution
This notice records attribution. It is not a substitute for an explicit code, documentation, or brand license. Before redistributing or incorporating material, identify the applicable rights and retain required credits. Public readability alone should not be interpreted as permission for every use.
