## Available developer toolkit
[OpenForex TVX 0.1.0](?page=developer/tvx-sdk) is available from this official source page as a source ZIP and installable npm tarball. It includes decimal-safe conversion, the inspected structural model, a typed feed adapter, tests, and MIT-licensed implementation code. The source is maintained in the ASL-Dev-001/OPENFOREX GitHub repository. Repository participation may require access; the toolkit downloads on this website remain available without that access.

## Project structure
| Path | Responsibility |
| --- | --- |
| index.php | Root entry point for the local PHP portal |
| seed-content/ | Standards references, knowledge pages, simulations, and contribution guidance |
| docs/ | Architecture, literature, editorial conventions, and operations |
| developer/ and foundation/ | Developer and support reference pages |
| community/ and legal/ | Funding principles and attribution notices |
| openforex-foundation-shared-hosting/ | Deployable package with the shared PHP reader and assets |
| scripts/seed-pages.ps1 | Optional Wiki.js starter-content import utility |
| docker-compose.yml and nginx/ | Optional local content-management services |

## Working on the documentation
Choose the narrowest change that solves the identified problem. Preserve the distinction between source literature and commentary. Keep draft specifications marked as drafts, and avoid attributing a new decision to a committee without a record.

The root publication and shared-hosting package contain matching content copies. Synchronize changed documents in both locations before release. Follow the [content structure](?page=docs/content-structure) and [publication workflow](?page=docs/contribution-workflow).

## Working on the portal
The shared reader lives under public_html/includes. Styles and JavaScript live under public_html/assets. The root index sets paths so the same implementation works in the XAMPP workspace and packaged deployment.

Verify PHP and JavaScript syntax, affected page routes, and browser behavior. Keep icon assets local and preserve the [brand identity](?page=docs/brand-identity). Treat page identifiers as catalog keys rather than arbitrary filesystem paths.

## Source rights and releases
This package includes founder attribution and funding notices. The TVX toolkit has its own MIT license; the rest of the website and literature do not acquire that license through the toolkit release. A public release should identify applicable licenses, reviewed contents, and an exact revision before encouraging redistribution or compatibility claims.

For technical experiments, read the [implementation criteria](?page=seed-content/implementations/index). For broader proposals, begin with the [RFC guide](?page=seed-content/rfc-proposals/index).
